Morgan was born in Regina, Saskatchewan and moved to Airdrie, Alberta at a young age. She grew up being physically active playing basketball and volleyball through school and competitive fast pitch year round. Morgan went to Red Deer College on a basketball scholarship where she began her education journey.
Morgan transferred to the University of Alberta where she obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree. From here, she moved to Billings, Montana to complete her Masters of Science in Athletic Therapy. She is currently working at Red Deer College as the Assistant Athletic Therapist and instructing within the Kinesiology department.
Throughout school, Morgan has worked as an Exercise Therapist, which has helped her develop her passion towards achieving recovery with her clients through an active approach. Morgan strives to increase client confidence necessary to help them control their own rehabilitation journey through exercise. She also has a goal of educating her clients on their injuries to lead to future prevention.
Morgan has experience rehabilitating a variety of injuries of NCAA division 1 and ACAC athletes including ankle, knee, shoulder and low back injuries. Additionally, she has experience working with athletes after sustaining a concussion and helping them return to their full athletic and cognitive abilities.
Morgan enjoys living her active lifestyle while participating in spin and barre classes, but even more so by being outdoors hiking, biking and rollerblading.
