Laurin was born and raised in Red Deer. After high school, she moved to Edmonton and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She then moved back to Red Deer and has been working in Central Alberta since 2013.
She has taken many post-graduate courses including Concussion Management, Pediatrics, Functional Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, McKenzie, Graston Technique and Cupping.
Laurin loves working with kids of all ages but especially enjoys working with babies and toddlers. She uses play-based treatment to help her patients reach their goals.
Laurin is also passionate about helping patients that have sustained concussion injuries. Whether it’s an acute injury or lingering symptoms from an older injury, she uses research-based assessment and treatments to help her patients get back to their lives.
Laurin loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her husband and 2 children.
