Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival
• Manage phone inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Handle direct insurance billing and payments
• Support physiotherapists with patient care tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of the clinic through daily tasks

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to exceptional customer service
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in basic technology including Microsoft Office, Google services and electronic medical record systems
• Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, including mornings, days, and evenings
