Darby grew up in Three Hills, Alberta and spent most of her adolescent years playing numerous sports. It was through participating in competitive sports and having a fair share of her own injuries she became interested in the area of injury and rehabilitation. Darby completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy (MScPT) in 2021 at University College Dublin in Ireland with first class honors. Prior to this, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (BScKin) from the University of Alberta in 2018.
Darby has worked in a variety of clinical settings and enjoys helping her clients get back to doing what they love. She believes in a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to patient care that is goal-oriented and grounded in evidence-based research.
In her free time, Darby enjoys staying active and spending time in the mountains hiking, skiing, biking, camping, and paddle boarding.
