Kieran is a compassionate, driven, and conscientious Kinesiologist and physiotherapy new graduate in the pursuit of understanding longevity and vitality. He is from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, where he began his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Red Deer Polytechnic. Halfway through, he transferred to the University of Alberta to finish his degree with distinction, majoring in sports performance. He grew up playing various sports, and his favourite has always been soccer, which he competed in until the collegiate level. While playing these sports, he sustained many injuries, which exposed him to the realm of kinesiology and physiotherapy.

Kieran obtained his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from Bond University on the Gold Coast, Australia, where he completed over 1,400 hours of practical clinical work. He has diverse experience across a multitude of disciplines including orthopedics, geriatrics and rehabilitation, cardiorespiratory, pediatrics, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Kieran is currently working at Stride as a Kinesiologist while completing the Canadian licensing requirements to practise as a physiotherapist in Alberta.

Kieran is fascinated by anatomy and biomechanics and has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions as well as strength and conditioning. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active by lifting weights, running, hiking, and surfing. To relax, he plays guitar, reads books, or watches television.

Kieran’s goal is to provide evidence-based, patient-focused care and to educate and empower patients towards achieving their aspirations.
