Exercise Therapy
Exercise Therapy at Stride provides an opportunity to engage in physical movements to improve quality of life by improving strength, mobility and flexibility. We offer two exercise therapy options:
Private Exercise Therapy
- One-on-one sessions
- In-house training on exercise execution focusing on verbal and physical cues to ensure proper form
- Individualized exercise program development with online access via an app or web browser
Small Group Rehab Classes
- 6 weeks of progressive rehab classes
- Specific rehab focus (i.e. shoulder, low back)
- Addresses strength, motor control and flexibility issues
Both individualized and group sessions are a great segue between doing exercises specifically for an injury and returning to community based exercise programs.
