Abbi was born in Revelstoke, British Columbia and has lived in Red Deer on and off for 14 years. She took her massage training in Red Deer and has been practicing since 2021. She has a passion for helping people and learning about the human body. Her holistic approach addresses both the body and the mind. Abbi specializes in deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, myofascial cupping, and fascial stretching which she tailors to meet the unique needs of each client. She is committed to ongoing education with a particular interest in reiki, cranial sacral, and jade stones.
Abbi is dedicated to providing a compassionate and supportive space for all clients and loves working with people of all ages. When Abbi isn’t working, she enjoys going for walks with her dog and spending time outside.
