Prism was born and raised in the Yukon and grew up spending her summers in Germany spending time with her extended family. Being from the Yukon, she spent a lot of time being outdoors, hiking and camping.  While being active as a child and teenager, she was introduced to massage and natural healers. This is where she became passionate to help others with their physical problems. She made Red Deer her home after graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Lethbridge College in the Spring of 2020.

Prism’s experience has grown while working at two private clinics and a retirement home. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Cupping, Sports Massage, and Pre-natal Massage. Prism is passionate about expanding her knowledge and is planning to further her massage education by learning Pediatric Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Reflexology.

Prism welcomes the opportunity to assist people with their ailments and tailor her massage style to suit their individual needs. Prism has a strong interest in helping her clients achieve their wellness goals through her treatments coupled with recommendations to put into practice at home.
